Greg Gilbert recently retired from a large corporation as the Area Manager of Human Resources. He has been the primary HR contact to a work force of 900-2100 at various times. Responsibilities as HR Area Manager included grievances, labor relations, arbitration, assisting with lawsuits, safety, training and compensation. He is the survivor of raising two wonderful daughters in a sometimes hostile demographic environment of 75% female. He has been married to his best friend for more than 28 years (yes, his wife and best friend are the same person). He is a semi-guitar picker, semi-writer, semi-songwriter, semi-poet, cattle rancher, public speaker and retired Human Resources manager that will share true stories that are guaranteed to stir many emotions. He has been certified as a Professional of Human Resources since 1993. He also cheerfully answers to the name Pa Paw.
